Christmas 2007 in Utah!

We have had so much fun with our family and friends since we have been in Utah for the holidays. Here are some fun pictures of all of the things that we have been doing!

Every year my Grandma makes 50 baby blankets and takes them to the Humanitarian center in Salt Lake and donates them to all of the little babies in other countries. Marc, Jordan, and myself have taken Grandma down for the past three years to the center and then we always go out to eat after. I am so proud of my Grandma for all of the hard work she puts into the beautiful quilts she makes.

Marc's mom graduated this month with her Master's degree in Education! She graduated from USU GO AGGIES! We are so proud of her!

We had our annual Kent family Christmas party which is always so much fun. We always go out to eat at Maddox in Brigham City, UT and then we go to Willard Bay to see the lights and ride on the carriage ride. Then after Willard we go back to mom and dad's and sing songs and open gifts and this year Santa came, we had so much fun!!!

Marc and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary on the 12th of December. He got me those beautiful roses and a ring! I was sick the entire day with the flu, but we still enjoyed being together. I am so thankful for my sweet husband! He is such a wonderful caring man, and I feel so lucky to be with him forever! I love you Marc!

Christmas Fun!

We are having lots of fun in Utah with our family and friends. We took Jordan to the Polar Express in Heber City last night and he had a blast! They gave them hot cocoa and cookies just like in the real Polar Express. Jordan has had lots of fun playing with his cousins and his grandparents. We hope that you have a Very Merry Christmas!

On Thanksgiving night we went over to our good friends the Holman's house and had a dessert night with yummy Marie Calendar pies and smores! Thanks Brian and Leanna we had such a good time at your house. We hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving day and we hope that everyone has a safe and happy holiday season. We leave on Saturday for 6 weeks to Utah. We are so excited to spend the holidays with our families!

Jordan playing with his friends!

Jordan has two little buddies that he loves to play with and plays with on a weekly basis! Sammy the cute little blond boy is the little guy that we watch a couple days a week while his mommy works on her PhD. At first when we started watching Sammy Jordan had a hard time with me paying attention to someone besides him but now he loves Sammy. The other day Jordan came up to me and said, "mommy I love Sammy, he is my best friend." They are so fun and cute together. It is really funny when we go shopping because people ask me all of the time if they are twins! As you can tell from the pictures that they look nothing like each other. We have loved having Sammy in our home and are so thankful for Jake and Lacey for giving us this opportunity to get to know them and Sammy better.

Jordan's other best friend is Briggy (Brigham). They have so much fun together and are so much alike! Taryn and I can always tell when they are ready for their naps because they get a little mean with each other but they are pure "boys" when they get together.

We have been blessed with wonderful friends here in Michigan!

Jordan's Summer Adventures

We have had such a fun summer with Jordan. We have gone to the local Splash Parks, the lake, the air show, and many other fun adventures. Jordan is getting so big and has moved into a toddler bed which he loves. We are so thankful for the time we are able to spend as a family and the time we are able to spend with our friends too!

Day out with Thomas

In August we took Jordan to Day Out with Thomas, and he had a blast!!! We went on a 30 minute train ride and then they had a little gift shop where Jordan got a Thomas the Train whistle! They also had little rides for the kids to ride on. It was such a fun day. As you can tell from the picture with Jordan in his car seat he had a wonderful time!
